To take an exam, click the exam listing below. To read the relevant article, please choose the corresponding journal issue from the Articles & Issues link in the menu bar above.

One article in each issue of the Journal of Vascular Surgery: Venous and Lymphatic Disorders is designated for potential CME credit. Exam questions are created by the Senior Editor of the Journal based on the content of each article.

Follow these steps to earn AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™
  1. Review the accreditation information, learning objectives, target audience and author disclosures for the article.
  2. Read the article in print or online at http://www.jvascsurg.org.
  3. Complete the exam and evaluation online.
  4. All questions must be answered correctly to obtain credit.
  5. Print a certificate of credit.

Policy on Privacy and Confidentiality
JVSVL is owned by the Society for Vascular Surgery® (SVS). SVS’ privacy policy states that it will not share or sell the information entered in the CME exam module accessed through the JVSVL website. The Rievent system issues the CME certificate on behalf of SVS. The personal, identifiable information from this CME activity is stored within the Rievent system. Only employees who prepare documents for the CME recipient, maintain records, and/or solve customer questions have access to personal information.

Journal Subscribers
The CME Program is free for journal subscribers who have activated their online subscription.

Non-Subscribers
Non-subscribers still have full access to the CME Program, however if you are not a Journal subscriber, upon successful completion of an exam you will be required to purchase your Certificate of Credit.The fee for non-subscribers is $10 per exam.

If purchasing the individual certificate, please purchase one-at-a-time to ensure proper records are established for your participation per exam.

Activating Your Subscription
If you are a journal subscriber but have not activated your online subscription, you will be required to activate it upon successful completion of an exam in order to receive your Certificate of Credit.
